About Me
A little about myself. I have been a loan officer for 20 plus years, currently with NBKC Bank. NBKC Bank is hands down the best company I have had the opportunity to be employed by, not just personally but for the client experience as well. We are extremely competitive and have some of the best technology in the industry giving the client an easy, seamless process. Previously I was with Zillow Home Loans for 12 years. In 2018 and 2017 I finished in the top 5% of the company for loan production out of 221 loan officers. I had the best conversion rate in the company for 2016, over 93% of my files made it to the closing table while being in the top 20% for production. I have agents who use me exclusively all over the nation. Previously I have been a top performer with Bank of America, top 5% in the company for loan volume. While with US Bank I worked with their private client group and commercial lending divisions. As a broker I created my own team of loan officers, The Lutjen Group, which was very successful. I am a seasoned and hardworking loan officer.

Great Experience
Adam did a fantastic job on the loan for our rental property. The rates from NBKC are pretty competitive, but it's really the people doing the work that make it worth going with them. I've done two loans through NBKC now and will likely do it again if need be.
