Albert and Drew were phenominal to both myself and my wife during this process. Both were very helpful and courteous throughout. I have actually recommended a friend do his refinance with PennyMac based upon the customer service that was provided not only during this process but throughout my previous loan with PennyMac. The start of the procedure with Albert went well but after that it seemed like sometimes the right didn't know what the left was doing. The web site was not always accurate, the final signing was cancelled, rescheduled, then the notary notified after the appointed time that he never received the papers to bring them to the appointment. It took some time but I received a call for another appointment. Wish it could have been a smoother process.
