I believe that Alberto did a good job but I think your company is not as organized as I hoped. It took over 3 months to do my refinance and I think that was way too long. Also, I felt that at times communication between all of your staff was lacking. I am very happy with my loan, but not so happy with the process.

Alberto was OK. The entire process took 4 months and seemed to go off the rails when Alberto passed us on to the loan processing phase. Based upon the lack of overall follow up (not from Alberto as he did his best) and the overall duration of our refinance, we would NOT recommend Amerisave to others.

Alberto was wonderful. He answered all our questions and was there for us every step of the way through the entire process. Thank you Alberto!!!

I think Alberto was way better than 'Just OK" but it's hard to say "Great" just because we had a floating rate with the "COVID 19" exception and we were locked in (unknown to me) two months before we closed as rates only dropped from that time. We got locked in at the highest rate that was available for this period, I brought this up to Alberto on more then one occasion. Even after the "rate lock" was extended without my knowledge and the rates had dropped. I appreciate what Alberto did for us.

Alberto was willing to take the time to walk us through every aspect of our prospective refinance, unlike some other loan agents we were talking to at the same time. That was the primary reason we chose to work with him rather than other companies that offered slightly lower rates. When did run into a few issues and questions as the refinance was closing, but Alberto immediately jumped in and resolved them for us.

Alberto was not only helpful initially but throughout the entire process. There were times when it was difficult to get others to respond Alberto always stepped up to the plate answered any and all questions and put the the process back on track.
