This is likely not Blake's fault, but this is my customer experience. The response times were very slow and sometimes completely unresponsive. He did not communicate the process to me at all after securing me as a customer. I continuously had to request information where we were in the process and then after over 30 to 40 days I began getting messages from other members of the staff asking for documents that had already been submitted and/or then being told to resubmit because it took so long.
