When looking to refinance my home due to a divorce, I was bombarded with calls from companies trying to get my business. Brad was the only one who took the time to understand my situation and he treated me like a person and not just another business transaction.
This process took a few months due to issues on my end but he was very patient and helpful during this frustrating time.
Along the way, I came to view Brad as a friend and I will definitely reach out to him in the future with any other mortgage needs. We were in the process of doing a refinance and I had numerous companies calling me, but Brad was the only one who took the time without sounding irritated when I asked numerous questions. I told him what we were looking for and why we wanted to refinance and he spent some time creating multiple options for us so we could see what payments would be like if we paid off X amount. He was available anytime we had a question and answered with HONESTY and not just with what we wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend him.
