Closing on ReFi During a Pandemic

Brian Burkhart with Royal United Mortgage reached out after I’d made several initial inquiries regarding a ReFi on my home. I wanted to understand all the options and the long term effects before I decided what to do. Brian provided written options making clear which option w met my needs. I decided to go ahead and Brian was just as clear and careful during the entire process. Yes, there is a lot of paper, and it can be frustrating, but a good mortgage loan officer can make all the difference.

I don't believe I got a good deal at closing

I had no problem with Brian , but the cost of closing was way out of line. When he emailed me I was thinking he was from another person I was talking with.
