Brian was great. He answered my questions and overall gave me great customer service. My only complaint was that late in the process I received multiple calls from other people in AmeriSave whose names and numbers were not recognized by me and English was not their first language. They did not seem to be in the loop. They kept pressuring me to sign my disclosures, but there were 2 issues not yet resolved. I would recommend Brian to a friend, but I wish the other players were better informed.
