In my opinion, the most important thing I can do as a mortgage professional is be accessible and knowledgeable. Given the importance of these financial decisions, I take pride in the fact that my clients will never go too long without an answer to their questions. That is the definition of customer service, and that is what differentiates me from the average loan officer. I have been in the mortgage business for about 5 years and in banking for almost 9 years. I am extremely experienced in guiding people in the right direction to improve their financial situation. In my spare time, I am an avid golfer and sports fan. I have a 5 year old daughter named Molly who keeps me busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I attended college at Western Kentucky University, and while I'll always support the Hilltoppers, my true allegiances lie with my hometown of Cincinnati. I will always primarily be a Bearcats, Bengals and Reds fan, although living in the Louisville area for so long has definitely rubbed off on me when it comes to the Cardinals.
