Excellent experiene

We were working with two other company's to refinance our home, and received a call from Claudia Rivera. Excellent experience with our refi!

From the first phone call to the very last, Claudia’s customer service skills were fabulous! My parents were refinancing their VA loan and right before we were supposed to close the loan, my mother passed away. Claudia’s compassion throughout the whole process and her knowledge helped make this complication of the loan so easy. She was in constant communication with us and anytime I had a question about the process she responded quickly. She answered her phone when she was at home and texts while she was out of town.
