Great to work with
This was first time going through a refinance online. I was somewhat nervous beforehand, but Dan did a great job. He always responded quickly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

It was a Wonderful and great experience with no stress

Excellent Service
This is the second time I have refinanced with Dan and NBKC, but is my 8th mortgage I have either taken out or refinanced. Dan is by far the best loan officer I have worked with hands down.
I received my initial quote within 24 hours of inquiry and in both refinancing cases, nothing changed. All loan costs and fees were detailed and understandable.
Loading my loan docs was extremely simple and required minimal effort. If I needed to reach Dan, I could simply email him and he resounded immediately in most cases but never more that a day went by. My last refinance took about 30 days.
It takes quite a Bit of "above and beyond" for me to make any personal recommendations, but I have sent 5 referrals to date, and will continue to do so because that's the service I feel I have received.
