Review Breakdown

Very knowledgeable from day one. Honest and very nice. When we spoke for the first time the conversation was almost an hour. Put my at ease about the entire process about the entire refinance.

Troy S from Desoto, TX

The process took too long. David was very helpful before the process started.
Thank you,

John M from Aberdeen, MD

He always in communication when I needed a question answered about the loan process. Very helpful and knowledgable.

Rosa I from Apache Junction, AZ

The initial experience was good and things moved along nicely and communication was great. Then the delays hit and 4 months later we finally closed. That was too long in my opinion for a simple refinance, especially when I spoke to other people who refinanced with other companies and they had closed their loans with 30 - 60 days.

Adam P from Huntersville, NC

Our overall experience was really quite good. i gave an average rating because our loan processor changed mid stream and we were never notified. I think when you are dealing with a large loan, such as a mortgage... the person who is handling it is an important detail and it should be communicated immediately. I found out, because I texted our orocessor with a question about our closing. He replied that he couldn’t help me because he no longer worked for the company

Christopher B from Lebanon, TN

David was very patient with us every step of the way during the process.

Roger D from Maurice, LA

Very easy to talk to and answered questions right away.

Mark B from Gilbert, AZ

The ease in conversation. David was able to provide sound answers to questions that I may have had. He also helped to smooth out any hesitations I may have had during the process. His knowledge of the streamline process was explained in great detail, and it helped me to have a better understanding of how refinancing was a better option for me.

Yolanda M from Mcdonough, GA

The initial process was great, even had great communication and quick approval. Then, I had to ask for information, had to have my settlement agent get documents corrected, and then had to coordinate the closing time. The final documents did not reflect my true picture. I will have to wait on refunds due to overpayments I made, which is fine. I think more communication when we got close to closing would of improved this process. I got a great rate and understood the process.
