About Me

At AmeriSave, we understand the ins and outs of mortgage financing and we understand the importance of savings. Since 2002, AmeriSave has worked hard to build a company full of mortgage experts and people experts, meaning we understand that a mortgage isn’t just a loan, but a step towards the dream of homeownership, and a cash-out refinance isn’t just a lower rate, but a means to send your children to college. We get it. We use our advanced technology to provide low rates, transparent pricing, easy online applications and most importantly great customer service.

My positive experience with Deborah in 2020 is what led me to call her when we decided to refinance again in 2021. I feel Deborah did everything she could to make this refinance happen for us. However, the title company used for this transaction caused so many unnecessary delays. I would definitely call Deborah again in the future, but only under the condition that Servicelink not be involved in the transaction.

Deborah was amazing and very helpful with all my questions. The process was easy, quick, and painless as Deborah guided us through all documentation and process to complete my refinance. Thank you!

My overall rating is not about Deborah. It is specific to the ~6 mos it took to close. This caused me to have to re-pull documents to replace expired ones. I was asked for info that I have never had to provide before - even one valued at $1M. I know the refi world last year was hot, but this was too long. I believe my loan was on a backlog so you could close on purchases for other clients as delaying my closure didn’t present consumer harm as I was in the home.

When it came time to sign final papers we were told we would be getting back $29.01.
Then we receive an email almost a week later that we need to wire $29.91 overnight in order for loan to be completed. We immediately did so which cost an additional $15 to wire it.
If we had been correctly told we needed to pay the $29.01 we could have just attached a check to our signed papers.
