Great Experience with Duncan

Duncan and his entire team made this so easy for me. Im 62 and this was the first time I have ever done a loan of this type. Duncan was so friendly and easy to talk and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to him if ever needed again. Thanks Duncan.

Ten star review!!

I'd give Duncan a perfect 10 stars if this were the mortgage Olympics! When I first met Duncan, my credit score was comparable to my IQ. I was at a point, after raising 6 kids as a military widow, to simply take my pension and not worry about my future because I had no choice but to do what I had to do to survive.
When I met Duncan, I believe I had .22 cents in my checking account. I had so many reasons why I was in the financial gutter, but I was still so ashamed all the time for years and no one would help me. I was "money shamed" I guess one could say. So, I worked 60-70 hours/week as a nurse just to keep up.
One day this past July, on a quarterly pension report I noticed my credit score was just over 600 and I figured I'd give the refinance another shot in the dark. The first person who contacted me was Duncan. After years of promises and then denials, I've become super skeptical of lenders.
The first thing Duncan said was "Thank you for your families service to this country and I am so sorry for your loss." I was taken so off-guard because no one in this business had ever even mentioned military service, better yet, refer to us as a gold star family. The respect Duncan showed me from the very start was so refreshing and his passion and energy for his work are obvious. Since I have a very unique situation, it took a bit longer and more work, but Duncan worked at night and on weekends to make this happen for us. He was like a dog with a bone. In fact, the next dog I get, I'm naming him Duncan.
Duncan is a brilliant, kind and family man, and I am happy to have met him. We definitely had a lot of laughs. I hope down the road we can get an even better rate as he is encouraging me that I can do this - get the credit score to 750. OMG - that would be another dream come true, thanks to Duncan.
My loan closed the other day and I decided to write this before the money gets to my account Monday because there could be a glitch, and with me there is always a glitch and I wanted to share what I genuinely feel now as opposed to Monday when my money ends up wired to Guam. Even then, Duncan would have it remedied by the end of the day. I often had to remind myself that I was not his only client even though that was how he made me feel.
When Duncan agreed to help me, I knew there was strong possibility that in the end, it wasn't going to happen just based on the past ten years of attempts. There is no one else who could have done what he did or even wanted to go so above and beyond. If you are considering any sort of financial changes, contact Duncan - I promise you will never look back. If Duncan could do this for me, he could do this for anyone. Very good experience
