Fast and easy

Closed on refinance in 2 weeks. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I had questions on several occasions about the documents/numbers. I emailed and called Grady (Strong’s agent) and he responded quickly, patiently and knowledgeably. And I was comfortable with the security controls in place to protect my information.

Refi was smooth and quick

We found Grady through Costco's mortgage refi site. We selected the offer based on ratings and the rate offered. The experience lived up to the rating, and we got our refi done and funded in record time. Thanks, Grady! (BTW, we had no special conditions: good credit and sufficient equity, so that probably helped.)

Grady Is Execellent

We will seek out dealing with Grady, no matter what -- he has been our loan officer, friend and confidante throughout the process -- we always felt like he was on our side, no matter what. And ours has been a process requiring a great deal of patience and stick-to-itiveness.

As Good as it Gets!

Although I don't usually write reviews, I've definitely made an exception for Grady Strachan of Strong Mortgage. Although I've dealt with a number of loan officers over the years, most of them quite good, I've found Grady to be the best of all**.by far. He's been absolutely outstanding. Grady has helped me with a couple of loans and has always given me his full attention, in every instance, as in "above and beyond the call of duty." His experience and expertise are practically unparalled, he's totally professional, and he's also very relatable. As if those qualities aren't enough, he's got a great personality and sense of humor.
More specifically, in regard to my lending needs, I'm rather detailed and ask a lot of questions, but Grady has always been patient with me. He's a busy man who juggles the needs of many customers yet, despite that, he's never rushed me. I've always been made to feel that my concerns have been of the utmost importance.
All things considered, Grady has been impeccable in his help and guidance through the twists and turns that the lending process can take. He follows everything from beginning to end, and he handles it all with finesse. Grady prides himself on always being available to his customers, and he's always responded promptly. A person would be hard-pressed to choose anyone better. I feel totally confident in my recommendation of him.
