Any time I had a question it required me to call and talk to someone who was unfamiliar with our specific loan application. I received various emails indicating that we could email or call our specific loan processor, but I never received a response email or was able to talk to them on the phone. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response to email by anyone in your organization.
