It was a GREAT experience overall!
Jeff Hiller may be the BEST - i.e. most patient, most thorough, most consistently upbeat and positive person to work with in a situation that has a MULTITUDE of facets!! He knew exactly what is needed and made sure I understood the process and was comfortable. He was able to find alternative ways to do some of the computer "stuff" when I was stymied. Receiving multiple texts and phone calls from me, he never got impatient or rushed. He took his time with me and we were able to laugh (well, at least chuckle) at my fears! If you need a financial person, call Jeff!!!
