Easy to do business, friendly, and to the point
The process was extremely easy and 95% of it was online. Final signing was done at my house so very convenient. Overall I am very happy with my refi rate and it got done in less than 30 days. This is my second refi with NBKC bank but this time with Jeff Young, he did a great job for me! Thank you Jeff!

Excellent Experience
I first called up NBKC Mortgage in regards to a loan to purchase a home in NJ, to check on the mortgage rates. However, I got in contact with the Loan Officer, Mr. Jeff Young, who explained to me the mortgage rates at the time. He had promised me the lock-in rate and told me that we could close in three weeks. Mr. Young is a man of his word, he is very professional, and he is always responding back to my emails, my phone calls and always answered any questions I had very quickly. This was a shock to me that I was able to do closing within three weeks. The experience I had the with Mr. Jeff Young, is an experience I never had before with any other loan Officer or Bank.
