Better communication. We had to initiate the communication many times. The length of time it took to close was over 3 months. We were not informed it could take that long. Our initial financing on the purchase of the home took less time then the refi. The process was very easy, we just really felt like many times we were uninformed of what was to happen next leaving confusion. Communication started off good and as the process lingered on the it dropped off.
