Professional, Patient, and Knowledgeable
I went with this bank initially as they are rated very highly among other lenders. The loan officer (Joe Street) was very knowledgeable and did everything within his power to get my wife and I the best rate. NBKC was also the only lender out of the ones we shopped for that gave us a pre approval letter initially rather than a pre qualification letter, which made our offer stand out among other offers. Lastly, Joe was the utmost professional and was calm in the midst if stress during the turbulent home buying process. It was a pleasure to work with him and his company.
