An Unprofessional Embarrassment
Ladies and gentlemen, I’m not sure where to start with Jonathan. First conversation was excellent filled with empty promises of professionalism and communication, both of which vanished shortly after. We started January 12th with a closing date of February 26. I was told anytime you need anything call me text me I’m here Sunday night at 8pm it doesn’t matter. That soon became me practically begging for paramounts business. At one point waiting 13 days for a simple email that was essential. 6 days before closing I was asked to give them an extra 3 week which I reluctantly agreed too and sent emails. The day after that I was notified that the loan was unapproved and they were sorry. I waited 39 days, 6 days before closing to tell me sorry unapproved. Your time is way to valuable to have it wasted by these clowns who won’t even look at your file or start your loan till day 39. I’m embarrassed to have wasted 39 days and look like an idiot due to unprofessionalism of Jonathan and this whole company. If you give this man your business just know that there are many other loan officers out there who would be privileged to have your business and won’t take it for granted.
