Joseph was impressive from day one. To begin he was very professional and knowledgeable about our entire refinancing process. He worked to get us the best interest rate possible and even lowered it one step further for us while he could to get us an even better rate. Because he has been in the business for over 20 years, and we are a younger couple and new parents who were searching for the best financial plan, Joseph gave us a great plan and offered some financial advice that both my husband and I appreciated so very much!!!! So much easier than my previous refinance and the best interest rate I could get.
This was the smoothest closing I ever had. We usually have few complications during the closing process since my home was a modular home and not a conventional home, But this time Joseph took care of all those problems for me and made this process as smooth as it can get.
