Judah says he got some good credits for us, and I believe him. Unfortunately, his communication is too infrequent (days after requesting a call/text reply), and his company holds him back with extremely slow processing. The loan took almost 5 months to complete, which is unacceptable to most everyone.

I think he was okay. However the process took us more than five months with long droughts of no communication or misscomunication. Christine advised that we would close in early December, then it was moved to late Feb, then finally in late March.
We recieved the same talking points each time......frankly, the process was ridiculously slow.
Communication was poor at best. It has never taken us so long to process a loan in 30 years.

This whole process with your financial institution was combined with delays, very poor communication and mistakes. Judah often would not respond to an email for 4-5 days and then when he did it was with little to no real information. He continued to blame others and praise himself which is not acceptable as he started this and he should take responsibility for the mistakes of the team instead of blaming his teammates. Whole process took over 5 months and final terms weren’t even close to quote.
