Good experience - Followed through on promises.
Overall we had a great experience with Justin. From the beginning he was personable and knowledgeable about the process. He got us a great rate, and when the loan didn't close in 15 days as originally expected - Justin and Loansnap came through on their guarantee.
The LoanSnap website is designed to provide constant status, however I think my expectations were a bit higher than the information the automated website provided - so I reached out to Justin frequently for more details. He was always professional, friendly and followed through to answer my questions.

Very Professional and Considerate Loan Officer Fit to My Own Situation
I decided to do my refinance recently and read reviews of several companies, I then chose several companies with best reviews to shop around including LoanSnap. I talked to several other companies before LoanSnap but I immediately decided to go with LoanSnap after Justin helped me. First of all, they are so different with other companies that they use video conference to communicate with you which makes you feel you are talking to them face to face. Second, Justin was so professional and considerate throughout the conversation and he gave me the best option that fits my situation very well, which is exactly what I was looking for and I didn't really get from other companies I talked before LoanSnap.
