Katie contacted me when I responded to an on-line ad. She was very pleasant and well informed. The thing that struck me most about her was the quality of the questions she asked to determine how we were intending to use the proceeds from our re-finance, and to get to the best type of loan for us. She offered competitive rates and also put me in touch with her company's Insurance department to discuss possible insurance switch. In the end We decided to stay with our current lender because of reduced paperwork and not having to deal with escrow pre-paymet and refund issues. I spoke to 7 lenders in all, and had I not stayed with current lender, she would have won our business.
