Quick, responsive, knowledgeable--highly recommended
Ken, himself, is absolutely fantastic. He is quick, very responsive, patient, and always willing to answer questions. He responds via email and phone. Overall very pleasant to work with. The only downsides is that the bank itself is only open M-F 8-6 Eastern, and the underwriting process takes quite long. Both of these things are out of his hands--they are Ally Bank's policies. Let Ken work for you--you will not regret it.

Internet Banking at it's Best!
From the beginning, Ken was very responsive, professional, and always willing to do what was best for me, the customer. Working with an internet bank for the first time I had my reservations, but after going through the process I would definitely do it again, in fact, I'm refinancing with Ally and Ken and I haven't even paid my first mortgage payment!
