When we started the refinancing process, I wanted to use someone local. However, I am really happy that I went with AmeriSave and Kysa. She made the entire process simple, was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I couldn't recommend AmeriSave and Kysa more!!!

Kysa did a good job. She was actually the second person that handled my loan. Don't know what happened to the first person. To me, it took an unusal amount of time to get my loan closed. I started the process in early March and did not close until mid-May. Some of the issues were not in Kysa's control, but more communication about the issues would have been nice. I also felt like I was submitting the same requested documentation multiple times.

I ask repeatly to receive telephone calls I am old school and a phone call is easier to ask questions and it look like this person mainly work weird hours as night I do not sit with my email up looking every few minutes for email. I ask to be contacted by phone several times and it seem like it was too much trouble to do that.
