I take a lot of pride in being able to wake up every morning knowing I can make a positive impact on someone's life. I consider myself very knowledgeable and experienced, withstanding in the lowest point in the mortgage industry to times that are now improving. In this industry, what has remained constant is the fact customers want a caring, friendly, trust-worthy, and helpful person to assist in making major decisions regarding a home mortgage. With customer service being the most important to me, I feel qualified to not only add value, but treat all customers just as I would close friends or family.

When it was time to sign the documents, it was a bit of a fiasco. My husband lives in a different city and I had mentioned this, however when the notary got here he was totally surprised that my husband wasn't here to sign. So they arranged it, but they only communicated with me - and not my husband??? So I had to be the middle man which is ridiculous. He signed, but apparently it wasn't right so they had to schedule another appt. Finally got it but it was a pain.

There was too many people working on my loan. That resulted in duplication of some of the procedures and paperwork requests. But overall the process was relatively smooth and fast.
