This is the second time I have used Madi Zusack. The first time, it was to purchase my new home. The second time was to refinance. I knew nothing about what I was doing, but Madi made it easy. She walked me through every step, and clearly told me every document I needed to provide. She would kindly remind me when I forgot things, and would even finish things that I had failed to finish. When I couldn't figure out the technological element, she would literally ask me the questing and plug in the fields. Yes, she's that good. Overachiever? Maybe. But I would never go with anyone else.
