Overall, Great Experience

My overall experience with the refinancing was great with a minor frustration exception. First of all, Matthew Brodtman was excellent from start to finish. The first quality that stood out of him was his responsiveness and communication skills. Matt answered any questions clearly and without delay. He answered his emails and text immediately, which indicated his commitment and delivery of the promise he made to his clients. To communicate ASAP. In addition, Matt knew his trade well and explained it in clear and precise terms which assisted me in making the refinancing decisions. The overall refinance went smoothly and Matt intervened when things didn't go well with any document submission or requirements.
My only negative experience and frustration was outside Matt's control and had to do with the Online Consumer Portal. This is an inferior system and was very unhappy with it. My number one complaint was the inability to see the documents that were ALREADY submitted and NOT have to resubmit them again. This has created confusion and lack of transparency from both myself and the loan officers. So, my suggestion is to revamp the system to allow clients to see the documents they have already submitted and show the pending documents. Otherwise, maybe investing in an-all-new system would make a great financial investment to bring the clients' experience to top notch.
