Mayra Santana and Jessie McEntire were an amazing team to work with. As with anything in life we came across a hiccup with my refinancing unfortunately. But these ladies worked tirelessly to get my file closed! Answered every and any question I had in a timely manner. Thank you ladies!!

Communication is key and Mayra did her part. However the loan processor Stacy was horrible. She almost lost the whole deal due to lack of communication and just to justify her mistake with perks that offered to me to close the deal that she didn’t follow through with. So overall I would say the service was just ok because the unprofessionalism and lack of communication.

They were great to work with us and to see that we had everything we needed it was not a headache to get them the paper work that they needed Thank you again

Maura Santana is abs Specialist in Customer Service. She was patient, answered all of my question, made me trust her, called me back and went above and beyond to help me out pass all the obstacles I had to get my loan. The first time I applied we couldn’t close the loan eve though it was approved since my former husband made it difficult to signed. But the second time she even spoke with the closing lawyers, the title company and all together came up with a solution.

It was a pleasure working with Mayra!! She was very understanding and extremely patient throughout the entire process. There were a couple of things we did not quite understand, definitely learned a lot from her! Highly recommend!
