Michael:
I never spoke with you, almost all my dealings were with James McDonald. He was always pleasant and I believe tried to be helpful, yet this refinancing was the most difficult I have ever experienced.--and I have done a number of them. This one took two months, involved endless requests for redundant information. When my appraisal fell short of your arbitrary estimate you added points although I had been told the rate had been locked. That's a breach of contract in my book.

Great communication. Every time I called they answered my call or called me right back. Provided me detailed information and more importantly they was able to close the file on time. I will definitely work with this company again.
