Mike did a great job!
Mike did a great job! He really walked with us through what turned out to be a rather complicated deal (we were buying a home in Colorado while living in Japan, doing a 1031 exchange, and dealing with some gift moneys). He was calm, professional, and personal. He answered my emails promptly and usually answered my phone calls on the first try. We did this whole transaction without ever even meeting face-to-face. I was a little apprehensive at first about going with an online lender, but everything turned out very well. Mike is a good, clear communicator. We had no problems doing everything by phone and email. I highly recommend Mike Yarbrough!
