He answers emails within minutes, makes next steps clear, and keeps the currently slow re-fi process moving as quickly as he is able. I was so impressed with Nick Payne and NBKC. Even before my loan was closed I sent him a referral. He was available when I had questions, and reached out to me through the process. This gave me confidence that he was on top of the situation and I could relax. Also, having the documents available electronically made this so easy. We had a small clinch the day of the closing.
