I gave a just ok to overall experience for the following reasons:
1) Communication with Naoh was excellent. He worked very closely and followed up with me frequently and responded to questions quickly.
2)once the processing started it took over 4 months to close. During this time , communication was very poor. often i had to write multiple emails to get a status update.
3)i felt i am forgotten.
4)Finally when all was approved, closing itself was very smooth.

He spent the time I needed to understand the process, costs and benefits. Well done.

More frequent communication. Faster overall timeline — over 4 months is unacceptable. I did get the rate I wanted which was the ultimate goal.

Overall I'm very happy with the support from Noah, they were able to reduce my interest rate by more than a percentage point. They were a little slow, I've not had a financing or refinance take 3 months before. The loan processors communication was sometime good and sometime non-existent.
