I recently had the opportunity to refinance my home. Paul came highly recommended. After our first conversation Paul went to work immediately on the paperwork, and scheduled the appraisal, and all it would take to make this happen for me. Paul was pleasant to work with, and kept me frequently informed on the progress of everything by phone, or email. Paul is very knowledgeable and his job performance is excellent. He is truly a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be more thankful for his time and dedication in making my home buying experience a joyful one. I have already recommended Paul to others.

I was refinancing to supplement my retirement pension...already a stressful situation with lots of deadlines on the retirement end. Knowing these deadlines, Paul personally handled the processing, frequently reaching out to me to make sure all necessary paperwork was completed on time and offering assistance wherever needed. He even assisted in getting a speedy appraisal! I felt as though he took a personal interest in helping me secure the financing I needed for retirement. By the end he felt like a friend - a genuinely nice guy! I am truly grateful for all of his involvement and commitment to going above and beyond throughout the entire refinancing process, making it possible for me to stay in a home I love and enjoy retirement. Great experience

Paul took the time to get to know our situation. We were in a tough spot. He kept in constant contact with us thought entire process. We had to change a few times the amount we would need to borrow. Each time he reran the numbers, gave us options on term, monthly payment and what would be the best option as for interest rate. I cannot say enough about looking up a ELP by Dave Ramsey to find Paul. He earned that endorsement. I will use agsin the next time i buy a house.

My wife and I had such a positive experience in our first ever with Royal and Paul Otto. We have gone through home financing five times prior in the span of our home ownership.
