It was an awesome experience.
My friend introduced Scott to me and contacted him and explained my desire to refinance my home and it was all done in blink of an eye. No questions asked and nothing. It was a pleasant and an awesome experience. Scott is very good in his job and he has the knowledge. I am thankful to him and his company for making a peaceful and a blessed transition. Fantastic experience
Scott has been so communicative and personable throughout our whole experience. He keep un consistently updated through email and phone calls on the status of our refinance. He clarified questions and never talked down to us about not understanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we are kept in the loop on the loan process and what to expect.

The most important qualities to me when working with a lender is that the individual be knowledgeable, responsive, and low pressure. Scott scored perfectly on all three categories.
