I closed on my refinance one week ago today, and my original mortgage loan has not been paid off as of this morning when I was told the latest it would fund would be last Friday.

Stacy was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner. The process however took over three months. Much too long for a refinance. I don't think this was anything that Stacy did.
