I had alot of response's? when I asked about a loan,50 plus. I was very busy and really was not ready to purchase soon,so I didn't respond to the emails right away. When I explained my situation i didn't hear from alot of people after awhile. But Steve reach out to me consistently over a year or more. When the time came I reached? out to him cause everyone else had faded away. Steve was persistent but not pushy or annoying, i appreciated that ,so that's why we went with him.
