Personalized service. Steve called me personally to discuss the refinance I was doing. I had started to rethink even doing it, but Steve made some compelling arguments as to why it made sense to do it. And it wasn't just a purely business discussion, but he had personal anecdotes and it was a very friendly, no pressure conversation. I appreciated that.
