Goes above and beyond the call of duty
I was with a different highly publicized VA lender when I met Tedd. I was unhappy with the loan estimate the other lender had given me, as it was nothing close to what they told me initially. I decided that rather than just accept their terms that I would shop around. Tedd was the first lending officer to call me and he was great from the very start. He is extremely personable and makes you feel like your loan and your potential home matter! Before I even agreed to switch to Paramount Bank as my lender he had put together a loan estimate for me to show me what they could offer. He had even contacted the escrow office handling my contract so he could get me the most accurate estimate possible. He even caught a billing error that the title company was trying to charge me for that they shouldnt have! Saving me hundreds of dollars before I was ever even a client! All of that made me very confident in switching over to Paramount Bank. He even said they would do their best to close early if possible, when the other guys just told me the projected close date was as soon as they could get it done. Every step of the way, Tedd contacted me to make sure everything was going well. He and his manager Josh both made sure to double check all of the numbers on my loan, all the way to closing documents, to make sure they were right! I can be quite impatient and tend to bother Tedd a lot, and he never once made me feel like I was a bother. In fact he was reassuring me most of the time. I cannot say enough good about Tedd and think that anyone who wants a loan officer that will go above and beyond for them in their loan process needs to contact him first! He will be the only lender you need and will treat your loan as if it were his own.

Ted Carbone really knows how to hit the target
I knew Ted was the right loan officer for my refinancing from our first introduction conversation. He guided me through the application and all of the paperwork directly and simply. Any questions that would come up which of course there's several he addressed professionally and without any delay. I never had to wait for him to get answers to my questions. His professional knowledge and attitude helped me feel confident through the process.

I would highly recommend Ted Carbone to all my friends and relatives. Ted made my refinance process the easiest I have ever experienced. Ted was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best loan possible. He kept me updated and made sure everyone on the team was moving along quickly with the loan process. The whole process took as long as Ted said it would and the closing date occurred without delay. Ted was easy to reach and always took the time to answer all my questions. If I left a message for Ted, he called back the same day and most times within the hour. Cardinal Financial customer portal is easy to use and documents needed from me were very easy to upload. I would say the online home mortgage with Cardinal is easier and faster than going through a local bank. I will definitely contact Ted again with any future home mortgages. Thanks Ted!

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish
Ted's assistance was outstanding from the beginning of the refinance process to the end. He was prompt, courteous and responsive. Whenever any issues came up, he was always there to quickly resolve the problem and get things back on track. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking mortgage financing.
