About Me

Tom is originally from Syracuse, New York and moved to Charlotte in 2000. He graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Justice. The last 17 years of his career have been in sales and marketing with the last 5 as a mortgage loan originator. He enjoys the mortgage business because he can help the customer make what is usually the largest and most important financial decision in their lifetime. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and playing golf.

Great refinance experience

We were referred to Tom for refinancing by our neighbors. They had used him multiple times previously and had nothing but good things to say. After working with Tom, I can say that I understand why.
Tom did a wonderful job of describing what the process would be like, was available for questions at every step of the way. He ensured we were always up-to-speed on what was about to happen. He was helpful in walking us through all the steps of the process and ensured we got a great deal.

No Surprises

From my first conversation with Tom Riley I was excited by what he shared but skeptical about whether everything was true. Tom Was very knowledgable and responsive to all my questions but I waited for the "surprise". Amazingly, there was not surprise. Tom and his entire team, Amanda and Dominic were fantastic is their service and professionalism throughout the process. Tom found me the rate I wanted, fees were minimal as he promised and the entire process flowed very smoothly from start to finish. I especially like the ease of working with Wyndam's electronic document platform. I didn't have to copy numerous pages of documents to be mailed, merely uploaded documents directly from my computer to their system and it was done. The process was completed with the 30 days and about half the time that my bank indicated it would take for them to complete the process6. .I would definitely recommend Tom Riley and Wyndham Capital for anyone looking for a mortgage or refi.

Great Experience!

Tom reached out to me just around the time I was thinking of refinancing. Rates were starting to decline, so he kept an eye on the market and let me know when the perfect time was to pull the trigger. He and Wyndham worked to get me through the process in an easy and efficient manner. Pretty much painless. Also, this is the second refi I have done with Wyndham, so they are two for two! Fast Easy Service and all Questions Answered - Excellent

Tom Riley was patient while I inquired a couple times about rates and the current market situation. He took the time to run the numbers and helped me determine at which point I should go ahead with my refinance option. Fantastic Experience!

I highly recommend Tom Riley and Wyndham Mortgage. Tom Riley is a knowledgeable and meticulous loan officer who went above and beyond to make our mortgage refinancing as quick and easy as possible. I really appreciated how he kept us in the loop through every step of our refinancing. Even after we signed the loan documents, he called the next day to tell us what would happen next. He explained what to look for in the mail and how to set up our new mortgage payment.
