Travis Dennison - fast, easy refi
Working with Travis was honestly the best refi experience I could have imagined. He made it easy to provide the info he needed, he listened to our goals for our refi and set up a perfect loan for our objectives (we wanted to cash out some equity and secure a lower rate, without spending a lot on the loan process/closing). I'm so glad we worked with him when we did!

Worth the wait!!!
It took a while to get in position to move forward with our loan, but Travis was awesome! He patiently waited with us and advised us along the way, and ALWAYS got back with us asap!!! That was sooo very helpful! Without Travis we wouldn't have our home today!!!!

The process went well but lengthy!
My situation was a refinance. I dropped my rate over 3%! The process, which is fairly straight forward, is quite lengthy. Travis kept me well informed every step of the way. We even went through 2 different mortgage companies to finally get the best deal. Closing was also very simple! About 20 minutes in the comfort of your home. Overall a very goo d experience.
