Customer Service Excellence
Bill Givens is the very definition of customer service excellence! He made himself available at all hours of the day and night. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our million questions. His follow-up was outstanding. Our turnaround time to closing was tight but he made it happen. He was the reason we stayed with First Commonwealth even though we might have been able to get a better rate elsewhere. The loan process is not a whole lot of fun, but Bill made it practically a breeze. He gets 100 gold stars in my book!
